Dragon-slaying legend forges horseshoes until danger forces his hammer back into a sword.

  1. Rayne traded the Empire's cheers for a soot-stained apron, spending eight quiet years shoeing horses instead of hunting beasts. The family that gave him shelter became the only thing he valued, and he vowed to keep them safe without ever drawing a blade again.

  2. A fresh menace descends on their household, shattering the anonymity he built so carefully. With no other defender standing between the threat and the people he swore to shield, Rayne reaches for a weapon he buried long ago.

  3. Every clash strips away another layer of his disguise, edging the Apex Hunter closer to public view. He cannot walk away, yet each fight risks exposing the legend he tried to erase forever.

Stand-outs

  • Hero chooses obscurity over glory
  • Protection oath drags legend back to war
