Transmigrated critic weaponizes grenade against wife's livestream ambush.

  1. A competitive gamer on an eight-win streak gets flashbanged mid-match and wakes up inside the post-apocalyptic novel he trashed, now occupying the body of a same-named cannon-fodder character.

  2. Locked outside an armored transport while Tier Six zombies swarm, he hears the host's wife order gunners to withhold fire during a camp-wide livestream, hoping his gruesome death secures her lover an inner-city slot.

  3. Refusing the scripted begging fate, the veteran player grabs a high-frequency concussion grenade, smashes the vehicle's ventilation valve, and hurls the device inside to redirect the horde.

Stand-outs

  • Protagonist enters as despised side character, not hero
  • Spouse and lover monetize his death via livestream
  • Gaming reflexes replace scripted cowardice instantly
